NEW SPECIES!
Natural
sciences are present in our daily life. Natural sciences
appear in the mass-media (TV, radio, internet). This text entitled “Scientists
find 208 new species” appeared on the Internet on 12th December 2011 in the BBC
website (the BBC is the public british TV and radio corporation).
Read and listen to the story and the vocabulary online:
Tasks
1. Before starting the activity read the title.

2. Before starting listening to the podcast
read only the headings and the summary. What are we going to listen to?
3. Listen to the podcast once.
